Multinational companies need well trained and seasoned operational HRM officers. This programme will help you acquire the necessary HRM skills and develop concrete experience in an international setting.

Entry specifications :
Due to French legislation concerning company trainees, the course is aimed at students below 26 years of age. In addition, candidates will preferably have the following profile:
- A first degree in Management, Law, or Humanities (1st year of Masters, 4-year Bachelor or equivalent)
- Some work experience in an international company
- Fluency in English (min. TOEIC score: 860)
- A high degree of motivation for a career in HRM.
