A key component of the curriculum, this seminar provides students with a unique opportunity to engage with leading academic and professional stakeholders beyond the Parisian context. Accompanied by Quentin Lefebvre, Co-Director of the Master’s programme, Philippe Vivien, Associate Professor, and Adrienne Burton, Programme Manager, students met with partner universities, HR experts, and international organizations, deepening their understanding of human resource management in multicultural and global environments.

This year’s edition enabled students to strengthen connections with several partner institutions, including the University of Greenwich and De Montfort University, while engaging with professionals holding strategic roles in the field of human resources. These interactions offered valuable insights into contemporary HR challenges and provided students with the opportunity to broaden their perspectives through exposure to international practices and experiences.

Beyond the academic learning experience, the seminar fosters the development of lasting professional networks and further enhances the intercultural dimension that lies at the core of the IHRM programme. It reflects the programme’s international ambition and its commitment to preparing future HR professionals to thrive in organizations operating across borders and cultures.
