Nommé d'après la contraction du terme alphabet avec « Future of Work » (FOW), ce livre se veut être l’alphabet des grandes tendances de l'avenir du travail en 2020 et leurs impact sur les ressources humaines.
27 facettes différentes de ce à quoi pourrait ressembler l'avenir du travail, ses défis et ses opportunités sont explorées dans cet ouvrage, co-écrit par les étudiants du Ciffop (Master International HR Management, promotion 2019), Pedro Gonzalo et Marcus Schlobach.
